Morning: Ready for Action
As the sun rises, I start my day at Sentry Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical. After a quick team meeting, I check my schedule for the day. Today, I’ll be focusing on air conditioning services, as summer is in full swing and our customers need relief from the heat.

My first stop is at a residential home where the family reported their AC unit isn’t cooling properly. I inspect the system, finding a refrigerant leak. After explaining the issue to the homeowner, I repair the leak and recharge the system. The family is thrilled to feel cool air flowing again.

Preventative maintenance like this helps avoid costly breakdowns during peak summer months.
Late Afternoon: Emergency Call
Just as I’m wrapping up, I receive an emergency call. An elderly couple’s AC has completely stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year. I head over immediately, diagnosing a faulty capacitor. Luckily, I have the part on hand and can replace it quickly, restoring their comfort.
End of Day: Wrapping Up
Before heading home, I return to the office to complete my paperwork and prepare for tomorrow. I feel satisfied knowing I’ve helped several customers stay cool and comfortable today.
